Visit https://portal.netacea.com in an incognito browser and login via SSO using your Email
You’ll be redirected to your company’s Identity Provider and either logged in automatically via single-sign-on (SSO), or prompted to sign in with your organisation’s normal authentication details.
If you need to login via your Username and Password to modify your configuration you can select that login option instead.
Yes, sign in via Username and Password is treated as a separate identity to the Federated sign in. Federated sign-ins create a unique identifier that is separate to the Username Password combo.
As an Admin user, you can choose whether to maintain this account, or give your Federated Admin account record access and delete the old account record.
If you still have your Username and Password account, you can sign in as normal, or reset your account access with the Forgot password link. This will allow Admin users to log back in and make changes to the SSO configuration.
If you have previously removed your Username and Password account, and are unable to sign in via SSO, please contact a member of the Netacea Support Team to either create a Username and Password account, or reset the SSO properties to a prior configuration.
Please document the issue with screenshots and relevant URLs and contact the Netacea Support Team. Depending on the type of error we should be able to help diagnose the issue.
We are still gathering data on common errors created by different Identity Providers and hope to expand this section in future.
